The structure features a load-bearing steel stud system integrated with a composite floor assembly, along with precast and cast-in-place balconies below. Numerous overhangs, step-ins, occupied roof areas, cantilevers, and pop-up roof elements introduced significant structural and detailing complexity.

The real challenge was in the transitions where systems intersect and geometry shifts. These critical junctions demanded rigorous engineering, meticulous detailing, and coordinated site execution.
