At Light-weight Building Systems Inc., our in-house detailing team uses advanced software to create complete, accurate, and constructible 3D models for every steel structure. This technology allows us to eliminate fabrication errors early and minimize site conflicts through close coordination with project consultants — ultimately reducing delays and cost overruns.
A typical LBS structure is erected by a team of just 10 to 12 workers, completing up to 15,000 square feet of floor area per week — a schedule made possible by our efficient system and streamlined processes.

We pre-manufacture our steel stud walls at both fixed panel plants and through our mobile wall panel fabrication systems. Each panel is delivered with precision-cut openings for windows, doors, mechanical and electrical services, and is complete with exterior sheathing, membranes, and other design-specific requirements.
Whether for speed, safety, or schedule — LBS delivers dependable steel framing solutions tailored to each project’s needs.
