We’re thrilled to announce the groundbreaking ceremony held on October 2nd, marking the start of construction for a 129-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Sidney, BC.

This exciting project is a collaboration with Victoria International Airport (YYJ), Kothari Group, Città Group, and Light-weight Building Systems Inc (LBS). We are honored to be part of it. The hotel will be designed and built using the LBS non-combustible building system, ensuring safety and durability.

Our fabrication plant in Victoria is currently preparing to fabricate the steel stud load-bearing walls while Città Construction prepares the foundations. This project will be situated on 3.5 acres of commercially zoned land near the airport, with construction expected to be completed by late next year.
